We are committed to providing full transparency and authenticity in every piece of jewelry we offer. Our diamonds and gemstones, whether lab-grown or natural, are certified and graded by reputable and independent gemological laboratories to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Certification and Grading
- Each certified diamond or gemstone is accompanied by an official grading report from an internationally recognized gemological authority, such as the International Gemological Institute (IGI), Gemological Institute of America (GIA), or an equivalent institution.
- The certificate provides detailed information on key characteristics such as cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, ensuring you know the exact quality of your gemstone.
- Certificates serve as a verification of authenticity and are matched with the product at the time of purchase.
Lab-Grown Diamonds
- All lab-grown diamonds sold by Glam Jewels are ethically created using advanced technology that replicates natural diamond formation.
- Lab-grown diamonds possess the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds and are certified accordingly.
- Each lab-grown diamond is laser-inscribed (where applicable) with a unique identification number corresponding to its certification report.
Natural Gemstones
- Natural gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers who follow ethical mining and trading practices.
- As with diamonds, each gemstone may include a certification confirming its authenticity and characteristics.
Certificate Verification
- Customers are encouraged to verify certificate details directly through the issuing laboratory’s website using the provided report number.
- Glam Jewels is not responsible for any errors, delays, or omissions made by third-party gemological institutions in their grading or certification processes.
Certificate Replacement
- In case a certificate is lost or damaged, Glam Jewels may assist in obtaining a replacement, subject to the policies of the respective grading laboratory and applicable fees.
Disclaimer
While we take every effort to ensure accuracy, diamond and gemstone grading involves professional judgment, and minor variations between laboratories may occur. Such variations do not constitute grounds for refund or return.
Passage of Title
Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of products purchased from Glam Jewels (“we,” “our,” or “us”) transfers to you, the customer, only upon full payment of the purchase price, including applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges, and upon dispatch of the order from our facility.
Until payment is received in full, Glam Jewels retains title and ownership rights to all goods, even if they are in your possession.
Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss, theft, or damage to products passes to you at the time the order is delivered to the shipping carrier or delivery service, depending on applicable law and carrier terms. Once an order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, Glam Jewels is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss occurring during transit.
We strongly recommend customers select insured shipping and verify the accuracy of delivery information prior to checkout.
Customs, Duties, and International Shipments
For international customers, all purchases are made on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your destination country.
Title and risk for international shipments transfer upon dispatch from Glam Jewels, subject to carrier terms and local import laws.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is deemed complete when the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout. Glam Jewels is not liable for any loss resulting from:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer,
- Unclaimed parcels, or
- Unauthorized receipt by third parties at the delivery address.
Retention of Rights

Arbitration Agreement
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the place of arbitration shall be Surat, Gujarat, India.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Exceptions
Nothing in this section limits your right to seek relief for alleged violations of data protection laws or other non-waivable statutory rights before appropriate government or regulatory authorities.
Final and Binding Decision
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
